Mindful Circle Art Workshop - for adults (2 hours)
Geometric circle art has long been used in many different cultures as a way to help humans communicate, express themselves, connect, record stories, and/or become grounded and calm (e.g., Aboriginal circles and concentratic circles; Celtic knots, triskeles, and spirals; and Mandalas, across various spiritual traditions, e.g., Hindu and Buddhist religions).
In this workshop, your facilitator Lou will guide you to draw your own mindful geometric circle art with simple step by step exercises. Soothing, relaxing, meditative, and grounding, this workshop provides all the materials for you to make beautiful intricate geometric circle art.
